Virgil’s interactive children’s presentations meet many goals of the Ky Department of Education Core Content and gives participants an opportunity to grow in their knowledge of folk instruments and Appalachian singing traditions. These events target schools, day cares, libraries and the like and are tailored to fit the needs of the presenter and the participants. Virgil has a B.A. degree in music and is a proud member of the Kentucky Arts Council Performing Arts Directory.
